Refund policy
Products purchased from our online store can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must remain unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging along with the original invoice. Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
Due to variations in screen displays and lighting during product photography, slight differences in color or texture may occur; therefore, exchanges based on these differences will not be accepted. Exchanges or refunds will only be processed if the product received is defective or incorrect.
In such cases, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery by emailing images of the defective or incorrect product to evapure04@gmail.com or by calling +92 321 9481799.
Once our team reviews and approves the claim, an online voucher equivalent to the product’s value will be issued.
Refund Policy:
We follow a strict no-refund policy. However, in rare situations—such as when an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, a refund may be issued. Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
After dispatch, our Return and Exchange Policy will come into effect.
Please note that Eva Pure reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. This may happen for reasons such as the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or if the payment is declined by your bank or card provider.
